1 6ounce package (1cup) semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 of 10 oz Marshmallow Creme
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups sugar
2/3 cup apple juice
In a bowl combine chocolate,marshmallow creme, peanut butter, and vanilla.
In a buttered heavy 2 Qt. saucepan combine sugar and apple juice.
Cook and stir over medium heat till sugar dissolves and mixture boils.
Continue cooking and stirring to soft-ball stage. (240 degrees on candy thermometer)
Remove from heat; quickly add chocolate mixture.
Stir just till mixture is blended. Pour into buttered 9x9x2 inch pan, cool; cut into squares. Makes 36
Ya yummy huh perfect for snacking Thanksgiving night. Or to make a batch as a Gift and give some away to friends, family, maybe that elderly neighbor down the road!
